September 03, 2008:  Introducing... Barney's tank, Blacky's tank and me!

The bottom of my black C200 tank

A shot of the inside of the C200 tank.

The inside of Barney's red S90 tank

Just me slowly turning Barney's tank after applying about a cup of RedKote.

Slowly turning. DO NOT DO THIS INDOORS. The RedKote odor is bad news.
It smells something like a strong Acetone?

I have my fan going on high in the garage, but I could have used a breeze today.

I just put a little duct tape over the petcock hole and cut the cotton wad end
off a QTip and stuck it in the crossover opening.

I also put some duct tape over the gas cap opening before turning upside down

The two tanks airing out on the porch with their own little fan

Finally a shot of Barney's new RedKote liner.

The odor is still there after 24 hours, but much less, so I presume it is still curing?
