August 22, 2007: Steering Stem Nut

Here is the triple tree top, the one without the side mount for winkers.

This is the steering stem nut I can't loosen.

So is it 27, 28mm, or some other value?

Here is the one one I snagged on eBay. Made for winkers. And in better condition than mine.

I can't seem to get the underneath handlebar mount nuts loose either. I need to use a socket wrench on the steering stem nut, since it is the only thing that might fit into the tight space.
