March 12, 2007:  Engine clean up day

After a little steam cleaning - still haven't got into the really tight nooks and crannies.

That black thing in the intake port is a rubber stopper! Isn't that what they are for?

Now this was really dirty.

Is a 14-tooth sprocket standard?


I think this condenser should be replaced, though it might still be good?


The ignition coil, its good side. The ugly truth is next!

So this is what the mice were eating. Notice that even the high voltage spark plug wire is chewed through! No wonder they died! But I think it is time to get a new ignition coil. Anis!
